About Candy
My Story:
My real name is Amy, I'm 22 and I guess you could say I can probably break your arm even though my name is Candy Floss.
My journey of becoming a wrestler started in a railway arch in Brixton where I would spend so many hours training to reach my goal of working with the WWE and becoming a professional wrestler.
I made my independent wrestling debut in June 2016. Since then, I’ve been on shows all across the United Kingdom and overseas. At the age of 18, I travelled to Japan and wrestled for Stardom for 2 months. At the age of 20 right before the pandemic, I got signed to the WWE and perfomed on the NXT UK brand.
Unfortunately, my dream and rising career got put on hold. I lost my mum to cancer. During the pandemic, I got diagnosed with severe PTSD and anxiety because of the trauma I experienced with witnessing my favourite person, my mum fight for her life. I lost my contract with WWE due to my mental health.
From fighting in the ring nearly every day, I found myself being in the biggest fight with my mental health. Hopefully I'll be back in the ring again sometime soon and hurt my 90 year old back again.
Work hard and never stop dreaming!
Thank you for supporting me in my wrestling career!
